The DAS Lab Office Project, designed by Li Jinze, is a unique office space that combines art, architecture, and design to create a harmonious and balanced environment. Inspired by social and emotional thoughts, this self-use office aims to create a sense of balance and tranquility.

In the public space of the office, a large number of steel grids are used to convey a sense of order and structure. The light beams that diffuse across the grids create a mesmerizing effect, evoking a state of relaxation and contemplation. This design element represents the release of emotional restraints and encourages solitude and dialogue in public areas.

The DAS Lab Office Project stands out with its use of materials and its attention to detail. The combination of metal grids, anti-grain board, and anti-crackle glass adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space. The design team, led by Li Jinze, carefully considered the technical specifications, ensuring that the office covers an area of 120 m2.

The design period for the DAS Lab Office Project was from August 2018 to October 2018. The office is located in the Zao-Feng Global Building, on Zhongshan Road West, Xuhui District, Shanghai, China.

Li Jinze and the design team faced several challenges during the creation of this unique office space. The main difficulty was finding a balance between the client's requirements and the need for environmental comfort. However, through creative problem-solving and innovative design solutions, they were able to overcome these challenges and create a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The DAS Lab Office Project has been recognized for its excellence and innovation. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. This prestigious award is given to designs that meet professional and industrial requirements, integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics.
